What is a Community Referral Agent?

Community Referral Agents (CRA) is a term we use for licensed real estate agents who want to get paid commissions for referring buyers and sellers to active agents.

It is a great option for agents who don’t want to be in the field due to a busy schedule, family life, a full or PT job, illness, or they want to semi-retire from day-to-day real estate.

You DON’T show houses, DON’T do paperwork, DON’T go on appointments, DON’T have monthly fees, and DON’T pay association dues.

Our real estate agent referral program is unique in the way that we support, train, and provide marketing tools for referral agents.


Flexiblity! You primarily 'work' by networking in your community or through social media. You can meet people at your job, the kid's groups, or even out with friends.

We provide you a way to make real estate commissions without being in the field and without joining an association or MLS.

You get training and support live and online and have the opportunity to access great marketing pages for lead generation at no extra fee.
There are NO sign up fees, NO monthly fees, NO transaction fees (in some instances you may have a broker split)

2. Phone Interview

We will chat and see where you are in your career, what you want to accomplish as a CRA, and if we can help.

3. Join the PLUS Team as a CRA

You will go to: http://www.ParkYourLicenseForFree.com and sign up with the Plus Team as your sponsor.

4. Join our Training & Meetings

Most of our training is on-demand at our Success Help School but we also have live monthly webinars designed for CRAs.

5. Get Started Connecting

You will be connecting with people in your community to see if you can help them with their housing needs through a good referral.
